Maria Bolotner is a seasoned hospitality leader with over a two decades of expertise in distribution optimization and operational management. A graduate of Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, she holds a degree in Hospitality Management with a specialized minor in Lodging.

Since 2012, Maria has served as the Director of Reservations and Distribution for Think Hospitality. In this pivotal role, she oversees the daily operations of the reservations department while spearheading the technical configuration and onboarding of new hotel properties. Her leadership extends to managing third-party contracting and maintaining high-level synergy across all departments to ensure seamless communication and sustained commercial success.
