Aurora Dillon is the Chief Employee Relations Officer at Think Hospitality, where she has spent the past 15 years shaping a culture rooted in connection, care, and collaboration. In her role, Aurora is responsible for the oversight of all setup and pre-opening operations related to hospitality operations across the portfolio. As part of this responsibility, she develops and empowers internal teams at each location to operate independently on their own merit, ensuring long-term operational strength and cultural alignment.
With a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, Aurora works alongside company leadership to champion employee wellbeing, strengthen engagement, and create environments where teams feel supported, inspired, and proud to belong. Guided by a background in business administration and the mindset of a former collegiate athlete, she brings a values-driven approach to leadership that emphasizes teamwork, resilience, and excellence.
Aurora’s experience spans luxury hospitality and corporate environments, including the Great Harbor Yacht Club and Adidas World Headquarters.
