Eric Marx, an accomplished graduate from Syracuse University, takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer for F&B Concepts at Think Hospitality, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience. Eric’s culinary journey commenced as a sous chef at La Cote Basque, where he fine-tuned his skills at the heart of the kitchen. His passion and culinary prowess propelled him into an array of ventures.

Having honed his craft at China Grill Management, The Gerber Group, and the EMM Group, Eric’s journey is marked by innovation and growth. He has successfully cultivated Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) concepts, alongside nightclubs and bars, enriching his dynamic portfolio. Notably, he has also developed a concept for Lenny Kravitz and Pepsi Cola, demonstrating his creative flair and adaptability.

Currently, Eric leads the charge in developing F&B initiatives at Think Hospitality. His visionary perspective, nurtured through hands-on experience and industry insight, continues to propel the company’s F&B ventures to new horizons.
