Naked Tomato is a stripped-back expression of Chef Eyal Shani’s culinary philosophy, rooted in simplicity, seasonality, and food that feels primal and generous. Inspired by the casual, comforting food found at Israeli roadside grills and gas stations, Naked Tomato channels the spirit of a modern diner: welcoming, convivial, and easy to return to. The menu is built for tearing, dipping, and sharing, anchored by Shipudim, Israeli-style skewers grilled over charcoal, alongside salatim, fire-driven plates, and legendary mains like the NY strip and Butterfly Branzino.
